Spring Skiing

Went with our college and career group to ski at Sierra At Tahoe last Saturday (03/12/05). What a beautiful day to ski! It was warm enough that I just wore a t-shirt and a vest, no jacket. By the afternoon I was ready to leave my vest at the base it was so hot.

Lisa and I were the only ones that ski’d while everyone else snow-boarded. I resolved in my mind to just continue to ski and master that, instead of having to start over and learn how to snowboard.

Everybody had a great time. I felt bad for 2 of our girls who decided to call it quits after 1 hour on the slopes.. My poor wife had a pretty bad scratch on her side after attempting to do a blue on her first run! My only regret was that I wish I had a smaller camera so I could have taken it with me to some of the runs and alleys.
