Blog watch
Interesting blogs I read this week:
- James White and Tom Ascol are going to be debating the Craner brothers on the issue of Historic Calvinism. James White is a formidable apologist and defender of reformed theology. This free event would be very interesting to watch for those who have questions about Calvinism.
(one of the best introductions to Calvinism is the concise Thomas/Steele book. The updated edition by Lance Quinn includes more historic references in the appendix on the subject of Calvinism) - Justin Taylor picks up on OT citations found in the NT and are visually displayed:

- Phil Johnson posts an articulate Biblical argument against gambling on the new blog: Pulpit Live.
- La Shawn Barber updates the illegal immigration post citing a commenter who questions the title “guest worker” to “gate crasher.” One commenter made the point that a guest is invited, where as illegal immigrants are uninvited and breaking the law.
- Tim Challies offers a list of weird keyboards. Here’s my keyboard that I use every day which is (pardon the expression) hands-down the best keyboard I’ve ever used:
