Creation Museum
On May 28th, 2007, Answers in Genesis is opening the first ever Creation Museuem in Petersburg, KY. The impetus for this project is battling evolution in the classrooms where students are taught that they came from amoeba which evolved to monkeys which evolved to what they see in the mirror every morning.
According to AiG’s FAQ:
The 60,000 square-foot museum will be filled with life-sized animatronic dinosaurs, fossil and mineral collections, waterfalls, live exhibits (poison dart frogs, fish, turtles, bugs and more), and many other first-class exhibits (plus a planetarium) will proclaim the authority of the Bible from its very first verse.
The website offers an interactive tour of the museum which explains the creation of the universe, what the garden of eden may have looked like, life with Noah, and reconciles human life with dinosaurs. The museum does this unapologetically using the bible as the source of all its claims proven by scientific evidence. Evolutionists beware.
