My workout regiment is: Mon,Wed,Fri lift weights, Tue,Th,Sat cardio. For cardio I typically run on the treadmill however for the past week my right calf has been cramping, possibly due to not enough liquids before my run. So today I tried the elliptical and got pretty good results. I noticed that I don’t sweat nearly the same amount. My calf didn’t cramp up but if the heart rate was correct I felt pretty good at maintaining 167 for 15 minutes. I only do 20 minutes of intense cardio. Intense of course is subjective but I try to push the final 5 minutes following the Body for Life philosophy.
Today was a good workout. Afterward I did 10 pull-ups, 25 dips, rest for 2 minutes, 7 pullups, 20 dips.
