New dumbbell set

Today was a good workout. I reached another milestone.

Dumbbell Flat Press
45lb x 12
55lb x 10
70lb x 8
80lb x 8
70lb x 12
The only way I was daring enough to do the 80lb dumbbells was due to Chris at the gym who was able to spot me. I think a lot of it is mental. Knowing something is behind me helped me get it up. That’s the issue is getting up the weight but once they’re up I’m pretty comfortable.

55lb dumbbell row

First time to do 90lb on the row!

Situps on ball
20 reps x 3 sets
35 leg lifts

Lateral pulldown
85lb x 12
100lb x 10
120lb x 8
140lb x 6
120lb x 12
45lb independent lateral pulls x 12
100lb x 12

Decent burn on the lats

Goal for end of Feb is to max out 225lb on the bench press. I believe I can do it.
